Plans and usage
The free trial, the Pro and Max plans, the shared allowance, and what happens when you go over.
AnyAnalytics has two plans, Pro and Max, each offered at a range of traffic tiers. Every organization starts with a free trial. Prices for every tier are on the pricing page.
Free trial
- 7 days with everything in Max. The trial's traffic allowance is shown on the Plan & usage page.
- No card needed. Pick a plan any time during the trial.
- One trial per account.
When a trial ends without a plan, the dashboard asks for one before it shows reports again. Events keep being collected in the meantime, so nothing is lost.

The shared allowance
Each tier comes with two numbers, for example "10K players or 100K events":
- Monthly active players for games and apps: the people with at least one event in the billing period. A person is counted once per project, however many devices or sessions they used (their anonymous and identified ids are merged).
- Website events for websites: every event a site sends, pageviews and custom events alike.
These two numbers are one shared pool, not two separate allowances. An organization with only games gets all of it as players; one with only websites gets all of it as events. With both, each kind of traffic uses its share of the pool, and the rest is left for the other.
Example
On a tier of 10K players or 100K events, 4K players use 40% of the pool. The other 60% is left for websites: 60K events.
Never counted:
- bots, crawlers and referrer spam;
- traffic from excluded IP addresses and browsers;
- rejected and duplicate events.
Going over
Going over your allowance never stops collection: every event is still received and stored. Instead:
- At 80% of the allowance, the dashboard shows a banner, and owners get an email with your pace for the rest of the period.
- Past 100%, the banner and a second email suggest a bigger tier.
Each warning is sent once per billing period.
The Plan & usage page
Open Plan & usage in the organization's sidebar to see:
- your current plan, tier and price, and when it renews (or when the trial ends);
- usage this period for each meter, what's left of the pool, and your pace to the end;
- a day-by-day chart of usage against the plan limit;
- usage by project;
- projects and members used against the plan's limits.
Every member can see it. Only owners can change the plan.
Billing
Monthly or yearly
Pay monthly, or yearly and pay for 10 months instead of 12.
Changing plans
Switch plan, tier or billing interval from the Plan & usage page. Changes are prorated: you're invoiced the difference for the rest of the period right away, and the new plan applies once that's paid. Your payment method and invoices are under Payment method & invoices.
Cancelling
Cancel from Payment method & invoices. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; after that the dashboard asks for a plan again, while events keep being collected.
